Who we are

Adritha Kuteera is a meditation and yoga institute based in Kalaburagi, Karnataka, India. Our registered address is Behind Kangen Water, Bhagyvanti Nagara, New Jewarig Road, Kalaburagi, Karnataka 585102. You can reach us at adritakuteera1@gmail.com or +91 94816 42880.

What we offer

We teach meditation and yoga through classes, workshops and guided sessions, and we sell books and e-books, spiritual and artistic items, and paintings through the shop on this site.

Programme schedules, fees and availability can change. We publish current details on the site and will tell you directly if something you have booked changes.

Orders and prices

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Items marked “on request” are priced when we confirm your order.

An order is a request to buy, not a completed sale. We confirm availability before dispatch, and we may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund if you have already paid — where an item is out of stock, a price has been listed in error, or delivery is not practical.

Payment

Payments on this site are handled by Cashfree Payments. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials. Where you pay us directly by UPI or bank transfer, your order is confirmed once the money reaches us.

E-books and digital items

An e-book is licensed to you for your own personal use. You may read it, print a copy for yourself, and keep it. You may not resell it, share the file or your download link, or reproduce it publicly.

Download links are tied to your paid order. If a link stops working, tell us and we will issue a new one.

Teaching, and what we do not claim

Our teaching is educational and contemplative. It is not medical treatment and we make no medical claims. Nothing here is a substitute for professional healthcare, and nothing on this site should be treated as medical advice.

If you have a physical or psychological condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury or surgery, please consult a doctor before beginning practice, and tell your teacher so the practice can be adapted.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate contact and delivery details when ordering.
• Practise within your own limits and stop if something hurts.
• Treat the centre, its teachers and other students with respect.
• Do not copy or redistribute our written material, recordings or e-books.

Our content

The text, photographs, articles and e-books on this site belong to Adritha Kuteera unless credited otherwise. You are welcome to read, quote briefly with attribution, and link to them. Republishing whole works, or using them commercially, needs our written permission first.

Limits

We take care over what we publish and how we teach, but we cannot accept liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or its material. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kalaburagi, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms as what we offer changes. The date below shows when they were last revised.
