Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the Adritha Kuteera app collects, why, and how you can control or delete it. The app is run by Adritha Kuteera Meditation Centre (R), Beside Domino's Pizza, Bhagyavanthi Nagara, New Jewargi Road, Kalaburagi – 585102, Karnataka, India.
What we collect
- Account details you give us: name, email, mobile number, age group, city, interests, practice preferences and an optional short introduction. For members under 18, a parent or guardian's mobile number.
- Your activity in the app: workshop registrations, practice sessions you complete, saved preferences, and notification settings.
- Things you share in the community: posts, comments, photos, audio, video and documents you choose to upload.
- Membership and certificates: your membership level (Beginner, Silver, Golden or Diamond) and any journey certificates you receive. A certificate shows your name, level, dates and certificate number. Anyone who has the certificate number can check it on our website, which shows only those details.
- Payments: workshop and membership payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We receive the order reference, amount, status and payment method type. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
- Device information: a notification token so we can send you reminders and announcements.
How we use it
- To review and approve your membership request.
- To register you for workshops, confirm payments and send reminders.
- To suggest practices based on the interests and preferences you choose.
- To run the members-only community and keep it safe through moderation.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising. We do not use children's information for any targeted content.
Who can see your information
- Community posts and comments are visible only to approved adult members of the community.
- The centre's administrators (Sowjanya R and Sridhara K) can see member details to approve requests, manage workshops and moderate the community.
- Members under 18 do not have access to the community and cannot be contacted by other members through the app.
Where it is stored
Information is stored with Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage). Push notifications are delivered through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging. Payments are handled by Cashfree Payments. Uploaded files are private and are shown through time-limited links.
Your choices
- Change your notification settings at any time in the app under Notifications.
- Choose who can see your profile under Profile › Profile visibility.
- Report or block any member from the ••• menu on their post.
Deleting your account
Open the app, go to Profile and tap Delete my account. This permanently removes your profile, posts, comments, practice history, notification settings and the files you uploaded.
If you cannot open the app, contact the centre on WhatsApp or by phone at +91 94816 42880 with the email address you signed up with, and we will delete your account within 7 days.
Records of payments are kept as required by Indian tax law, without the rest of your profile.
Wellness notice
The app offers wellness and educational practices. It is not a medical service and does not replace advice from a doctor. Please learn advanced practices under qualified guidance and stop if you experience discomfort.
