Delivered immediately. As soon as your payment is confirmed, a download button appears on your order page — no waiting, no postage, nothing to arrange. The link stays valid, so you can come back to it later.

If the download does not appear within a few minutes of paying, message us with your order number and we will send it directly.

Physical items

We post within India by registered courier or India Post. Orders are dispatched within two to four working days of payment being confirmed, and typically arrive in:

• Kalaburagi and around: 1–2 working days
• Elsewhere in Karnataka: 2–4 working days
• Rest of India: 4–8 working days
• Remote and north-eastern regions: up to 12 working days

These are the courier’s estimates, not guarantees. Festivals, weather and local restrictions can add a few days.

Postage charges

Postage is quoted per order, because it depends on weight and distance — a mala and a framed painting are not the same parcel. We confirm the charge with you before dispatch, and you can decline and cancel for a full refund if it is more than you expected.

Fragile items — paintings, idols, glass — are packed with extra protection, which we include at no charge.

Collecting at the centre

You are welcome to collect instead, and there is no charge for it. Write “collecting” where we ask for your address, and we will tell you when your order is ready. Please bring your order number.

Your address

After payment we ask for a phone number, an email and a postal address so the courier can reach you. Please include a landmark and a PIN code — most failed deliveries are incomplete addresses rather than lost parcels.

If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we will contact you to arrange a second attempt; the additional postage is payable by you.

Tracking

We send the tracking number on WhatsApp once your parcel is handed to the courier.

Outside India

We do not post internationally at present. If you are abroad and want a physical item, write to us and we will see what can be arranged — e-books, of course, are available anywhere.
